Assignment Objectives

Operatives must make patrols to all levels of the car park, documenting any comments/incidents and its completion

All operatives are to be fully conversant with the car park fire alarm procedures, fire evacuation procedures and meeting points

All operatives are to be fully conversant with the car park bomb threat policy and the procedures that are in place

All operatives are to be fully conversant with the car park policies in place for contacting any of the emergency services

All incidents are to be documented and reported to the senior member of staff on duty

Always respect confidentiality; do not disclose company information

Operatives are required to maintain a professional relationship with customers at all times

Report suspicious circumstances or unusual behaviour to the senior member of staff on duty

Be alert for unattended items, do not handle such items and report directly to the senior member of staff immediately

Never discuss procedures or security measures with friends or acquaintances outside of your place of work

Company property is not to be removed from the premises under any circumstances, unless written consent has been given

Management reserve the right to search the property of any employees, including security personnel
