User Agreement

1. 1 Agreement
By using our services you agree to be bound by the following terms and conditions. You also agree to our Privacy Policy, which covers how we collect, use, share, and store your personal information.

You agree that by accessing or using our Services you are entering into a legally binding agreement. If you do not agree to this Agreement, do not join, access or use any of our Services. 

1.2 To use the Services, you agree that:

  • you must be 18 years of age or older
  • you are restricted to one Leisuresec Portal account
  • you are not currently restricted by Leisuresec Portal from using the Services.

1.3 Your password must remain private. You must not share an account with anyone else.

You agree to:

  • try to select a strong and secure password
  • keep your credentials secure and confidential
  • not transfer any part of your account.

You are responsible for anything that happens through your account.

 1.4 You permit us to use to provide you with important notices via our websites, mobile apps, and email. This Agreement applies to mobile applications as well. Also, you agree certain additional information can be shared with us. 

1.5 We may change, withdraw or discontinue any of our Services. We may change, suspend or end any Service, or change and modify prices prospectively in our discretion. Leisuresec Portal offers no guarantee of the storage, access or availability of data submitted.

1.6 Leisuresec Portal reserves the right to restrict, suspend, or terminate your account if Leisuresec Portal believes that you may be in breach of this Agreement or law or are misusing the Leisuresec Portal. 

1.7 Leisuresec may terminate this agreement at any time with notice to the other. On termination, you lose the right to access or use the services.

2.0 Do's & Don'ts

2.1 You agree that you will:

  • Comply with all applicable laws, including, without limitation, privacy laws, intellectual property laws, anti-spam laws, export control laws, tax laws, and regulatory requirements
  • Provide accurate information and keep it updated
  • Use the Services in a professional manner

2.2 You agree that you will not:

  • Act dishonestly or unprofessionally, including by posting inappropriate, inaccurate, or objectionable content
  • Create a false identity or misrepresent your identity
  • Misrepresent your current or previous positions and qualifications
  • Misrepresent your affiliations with a person or entity, past or present
  • Use or attempt to use another's account not owned by you
  • Send spam or other unwelcomed communications to others
  • Act in an unlawful, libellous, abusive, obscene, discriminatory or otherwise objectionable manner
  • Disclose information that you do not have the right to disclose
  • Submit anything that contains software viruses  or any other harmful code
  • Rent, lease, loan, trade, sell/re-sell access to the Services or related any information
